1 lb (500 g) beef fillet
3 carrots
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 tbsp wheat flour
1/3 lb (150 g) melted butter
1/3 oz (10 g) parsley and dill greens
salt, pepper to taste
1 cup beef bouillon
Directions:
Cut pellicles and tendons off beef fillet. Make cuts along fibers with a long narrow knife. Insert carrot and garlic into these cuts.

Rub beef fillet with salt and pepper, fry it in melted butter. Cut onion into semicircles and fry it slightly in melted butter. Dry flour until it becomes light brown.

Pour beef, onion and flour with bouiilon and stew, covered. at 10-15 minutes before the end of the cooking add spices.

Cut ready meat across its fibers. Serve with stewed sauce. Serve macaroni with butter as garnish. Decorate with parsley and dill greens.
