Products Needed:
3/4 lb (340 g) beef fillet 1/ lb (230 g) sauerkraut 2 tbsp melted butter 1 onion 1 tbsp tomato puree 1/3 oz (10 g) parsley greens salt, pepper to taste 1 cup bouillon

Directions: Cut beef fillet into chunks. Fry them in melted butter until crisp and golden.
Cut sauerkraut into stripes. Put fried beef fillet and cut sauerkraut in small pots. Add onion, cut into semicircles, salt, pepper, fried in melted butter tomato puree and bouiilon. Cover pots with lids and stew for 1,5-2 hours.
Serve in pots. Decorate with parsley greens.
