Products Needed:
1 1/3 lb (600 g) beef fillet 4 potatoes 1 carrot 2 onions 1/2 cup green peas 1/2 lb (200 g) mushrooms, boiled 1/2 oz (15 g) parsley greens 2 tbsp melted butter 1/2 lb (250 g) paste * ( see the recipe) salt, ground black pepper to taste 2 cups bouillon

Directions: Cut beef into chunks and fry slightly in melted butter. Turn to a pot. Add diced potato and carrot, onion cut into semicircles and fried in melted butter, finely cut parsley greens, boiled mushrooms, green peas and boillon. Salt and pepper it.
Cover the pot with a lid made of the flattened out piece of paste . Brush it with egg yolk. Braise in an oven for 30-40 minutes until soft and delicate.
