1 1/3 lb (600 g) meat fillet 3 1/2 oz (100 g) pork fat 1 oz (30 g) parsley greens 1 oz (30 g) dill greens 3 onions 4 tbsp wheat wheat flour 6 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp 3% vinegar salt, ground black pepper to taste 2 black radishes | Directions: Peel 2 onions, cut into stripes and fry in butter avoiding discoloring.
Mince beef fillet with the rest of onion and pork fat, add salt, pepper and stir the mass. Make sausages 1 1/2–2 oz (40-50 g) each, roll them in wheat flour and fry until golden.
Put prepared sausages on fried onion and fry further over low heat. Sprinkle with vinegar when finishing frying. Serve with black radish. Decorate with parsley and dill greens. |
