1/3 lb (160 g) mushrooms, fresh
1/3 cup millet
1 onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp butter
1 quart (1 litter) water
parsley or dill greens
salt to taste
Directions:
Wash and slice fresh mushrooms. Wash millet. Put it in boiling water and boil over low heat for 30 minutes.

10 minutes before the end of the cooking add salt, diced and fried onion.

Decorate with parsley or dill greens. Serve sour cream separately.
