1 lb (400 g) cottage cheese, home-made goes better 2 tbsp butter 4 tbsp sour cream 4 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup raisins 2 tbsp coconut flakes | Directions: Rub cottage cheese through a sieve. Add sour cream, sugar, raisins and butter. Knead well, shape small balls, roll them in coconut flakes and let stay in cold place. Serve cool. |
