Products Needed:
1 lb (400 g) beef 6-7 potatoes 2 onions 1 carrot 2 quarters (2 l) beef bouillon parsley greens salt to taste

Directions: Wash beef and cut it into 1 1/3 oz (40 g) chunks. Add beef bouillon and boil. Reduce heat, skim the foam, add salt and boil for 1 hour until ready.
Wash and peel potato, cut each into 4 parts. Peel and cut onion and carrot into stripes and put into the soup with potato. Sprinkle with parsley greens before the soup gets ready and serve.
