Products Needed:
sort 1 lb (400 g) raspberries 4 tbsp sugar 2/5 cup raspberry jelly 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp cream, 33% fat

Directions: Mash washed and dried raspberry with sugar. Leave some raspberries for decoration.
Beat condensed milk with lemon juice. Blend raspberry puree and condensed milk with raspberry jelly. Put the mass into a ramekin and refrigerate. Serve cool topped with whipped cream and raspberries.
