Wash potato and carrot, peel and dice them. Boil fresh mushrooms and cut them into slices. Strain mushroom bouillon. Peel and shred onion, fry it in butter golden.
Put the prepared products into portion pots together with the mushroom bouillon. Add cut fish fillet (2-3 pieces for a portion), salt and boil until it is ready.
Sprinkle with finely cut dill greens when serving.
