Mince processed cheese and stir it with 2 tablespoons of sugar and sultana. Add finely cut almond, lemon zest, sour cream and sultana. Stir the mass.
Take the ready cake out of an oven and cool it to 320oF (160oC).
Beat egg white stiffly with 6 tablespoons of sugar added in 2 steps. Spread the cheese mass over the pie. Top egg whites mass using piping tube. Put the pie into an oven and bake for 20-30 minutes. Then switch the oven off and leave the pie there for 30 minutes.
