Sieve wheat flour, put in heap on a working surface. Make a hollow in it, pour milk, add salt, egg, sugar and butter. Knead paste.
To make stuffing, wash and dry ashberry. Add sugar and cook down over low heat. Then mince the berries.
Roll the paste out in flat disks and put the stuffing on the middle of them. Wrap sides up wavy. Put a bit of butter, brush with egg and bake in an oven.
