Put peeled and diced potato into boiling
fish stock. Let it boil again and add cut into pieces fish fillet (river persh, ruff) and onion circles. Boil until ready. Add vodka, black peppercorn, bay leaf and salt at 10 minutes before finishing cooking.
Put boiled pieces of fish in a plate and pour soup into it when serving.
Serve lemon, parsley and dill greens separately.
