Put beef fillet into cold water, bring to a boil and poach for 30 minutes. Put pork fillet into it and continue poaching until ready.
Cool the prepared meat and cut it into strips. Put them into pots and pour bouillon into them.
Cut salted cucumbers into stripes. Cut onion into semicircles. Add tomato puree. Fry the mass in butter. Put it into the pots with meat and bouillon. Add peeled and diced potato, salt, black peppercorn and bay leaf. Place in preheated to 320oF (160oC) oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve solyanka in pots tipped with lemon slices. Dress with sour cream. Garnish with greens.
