Cut beef into pieces, 2 pieces for a serving. Peel potato and cut it into chunks. Dice carrot. Cut onion into circles.
Fry the meat and vegetables separately in vegetable oil.
Braise the meat in pots in an oven for 30 minutes. Add fried vegetables, green peas, adjika, salt, ground pepper and bay leaf. Braise until ready.
Serve the dish in pots and add pound garlic and chopped parsley greens.
