2 cups bilberries
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp potato starch
4 tbsp sour cream
1 quarter (1 liter) water
Directions:
Sort bilberry out and wash it. Add hot water and boil for 3-4 minutes. Force through a sieve, add sugar and boil it for 5-6 minutes. Then add potato starch dissolved in little cool boiled water, boil again and cool.

Serve the soup cool with sour cream.
