3 potatoes, boiled 1 carrot, boiled 3 1/2 oz (100 gm) spring onion 3 radishes 2 cucumbers 2 eggs, boiled 1 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp sour cream 2/3 oz (20 gm) dill greens salt, mustard to taste | Directions: Dice boiled potato, boiled carrot, cucumbers and garden radish. Chop sauerkraut.
Mix egg yolks and mustard with salt. Cut egg whites finely. Stir all the prepared ingredients with kvass and add sugar, mustard, chopped dill greens and a portion of sour cream. Stir.
Serve the dish with sour cream and chopped spring onion. |
