Roll half of the dough thin, place on the greased baking sheet.

Brush the pie with egg, garnish with fancy shapes of dough, leave to stay, repeat brushing, and then make some fork pierces on the top.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 428 °F (220 °С).
