1/3 head of white cabbage 1 large carrot a bunch spring onion 2 sweet peppers 1 tomatoes, fresh several leaves lettuce 1 cucumber, fresh 1 tbsp sugar 2/3 cup sour cream 1 lemon juice | Directions: Clean vegetables and cut cabbage, pepper, cucumber, carrot and lettuce into strips, cut onion into 2/5-3/5 inch (1–1.5 cm) thick chunks, cut tomato into slices. Mix the vegetables, dress with sour cream, lemon juice and sugar. Put in the salad dish in heap, top with cut vegetables and greens. |
