2 potatos, boiled 4 eggs, boiled 3 oz (80 gm) spring onion 4 tbsp sour cream 2/3 oz (20 gm) parsley and dill greens salt to taste 1 coarse black radish | Directions: Peel black radish, wash it and shred. Peel and dice boiled potato. Cut hardboiled eggs, spring onion, parsley and dill greens finely. Add salt and bread kvass and stir.
Serve with sour cream. |
