Cut washed and peeled beet into stripes, add 1 cup of water, vinegar and stew for 20-30 minutes. Add cut beet tops 10-15 minutes before finishing stewing. Cool it in broth.
Peel boiled carrot and cut it into stripes. Cut a cucumber into stripes. Wash spring onion, dry it and chop. Cut hardboiled eggs into slices. Put all the prepared products in a pan and pour bread kvass. Add salt, sugar and stir.
