1/3 lb (150 g) chicken fillet, boiled or fried
6 eggs
1 cup prunes
4 cucumbers, fresh
1/3 cup walnuts, hulled
1 cup mayonnaise
7 oz (200 g) parsley, dill greens or spring onion
Directions:
Clean and boil prunes until ready. Cool, remove stones, cut into strips and put into a separate bowl.

Hard boil eggs, part whites and yolks. Chop the whites. Peel cucumbers and cut into strips. Cut chicken into strips. Chop nuts.

On the bottom of a round flat salad plate place cucumbers, cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Over the cucumbers put in layers chicken, prunes, egg whites and nuts covering each layer with mayonnaise. Top with the rest mayonnaise, chopped greens and put grated egg yolks in the center. Decorate with cucumber, prunes and nuts.
