2 1/5 lb (1 kg) cottage cheese
5 eggs
7 oz (200 gm) butter
2 cups sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Directions:
Force cottage cheese through a sieve and add eggs, butter and sour cream. Bring the mass to a boil over low heat stirring constantly. Take it off the hat and put on ice. Stir until cools. Then add sugar, finely cut almond, washed raisins and vanilla sugar.

Stir the mass well and turn into a form covered with cloth inside. Put under press to remove whey.
