Products Needed:
4 1/5 oz (120 gm) sauerkraut ( see the recipe) 1 1/3 oz (40 gm) stale bread 1 onion 2 tsp vegetable oil 2 cups kvass dill greens salt, ground black pepper to taste

Directions: Chop sauerkraut and peeled onion. Grate stale bread.
Combine all the prepared ingredients. Add vegetable oil. Pour kvass into it. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with finely cut dill greens.
