Beat egg yolks with sugar and salt. Add wheat flour and yeast, dissolved in milk. Beat the mass up for 40-50 minutes. Add beaten egg whites. Stir the mass from top to bottom. Put it in a well-buttered and sprinkled with flour baking pan and let sit in warm place.
When the dough rises, bake it in an oven at 360oF (180oC) until ready.
To make icing, cut chocolate finely and add 6 tablespoons of hot water. Melt over low heat. Add butter and sugar powder. Mix well.
Dip the cooled baked baba in warm chocolate icing, so as to cover only the top. Icing will flow down the baba in laces-shaped streams.
