2 potatoes
1 large carrot
2 beets
3 1/2 oz (100 gm) beef, boiled
1/2 cup prunes
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
Directions:

Peel carrot and potato, dice and simmer in little water.

Boil beet, unpeeled, and dice it. Steam prunes and pit them. Dice finely prunes and meat.

Put the cut ingredients in layers: potato, carrot, meat, beet and prunes. Spread each layer with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle the salad with nuts, garnish with prunes and greens.
