Products Needed:
2 tbsp pearl-barley 3 potatoes 1 onion 1/4 head of white cabbage 1 carrot 1 tomatoes 4 tbsp sour cream 6 cups bouillon 1/3 oz (10 gm) parsley and dill greens salt to taste

Directions: Soak pearl barley in cold water for 3-4 hours. Dice cabbage and peeled potato and carrot. Cut onion into semicircles.
Pour beef bouillon into prepared vegetables and boil until ready. 5 minutes before finishing boiling add sliced tomato, season with salt
Add sour cream when serving. Sprinkle with finely cut parsley and dill greens.
