Add water, egg and melted margarine to sieved wheat flour. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and knead paste. Let it stay for 30-40 minutes.
To make stuffing, peel, boil, dry and force potato through a strainer.
Wash and dry fresh mushrooms and cut them finely. Chop onion and stir it with potato puree, season the mass with salt.
Make big wraps — vareniks (2/3 oz /20 g of paste? 1 oz / 25 g stuffing) and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.
Serve the dish with butter, sour cream and fried onion.
