Products Needed:
1 lb (500 g) smoked ham 2/3 cup yellow peas 2 potatoes 1 onion 2 tbsp butter 6 cups water salt, ground black peppercorn to taste

Directions: Wash pea and soak it in cold water. Leave it for 5-6 hours. Dice smoked ham and boil it for 1 hour together with soaked pea. Cut onion into semicircles and fry in butter.
Peel potato and dice it. Put it into soup. Add fried onion when finishing boiling. Season with salt, ground black pepper, chopped greens and serve.
