1/2 lb (250 gm) unshucked boiled shrimps
1/3 lb (150 gm) fresh or frozen green beans
4 white bread slices, without crust
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Directions:
Shuck shrimps. Boil beans in salted water until soft, but not overcooked. Drain the water.

Mix sour cream, lemon juice and zest. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the bread and spread with margarine. Put several bean pods on each toast, cover with the sauce and top with shrimps. Garnish with dill and leek.
