Products Needed:
5 potatoes 1 onion 4 tbsp oatmeal 2 tbsp butter 6 cups water 4 tbsp sour cream 2/3 oz (20 gm) parsley greens salt to taste

Directions: Peel potato, wash it and dice. Cut onion into semicircles and fry in butter. When onion becomes light-brown, add diced potato and 2 cups of water. Stew over low heat, stirring until potato is half-ready. Add hot water, salt, washed oatmeal and boil until ready.
Serve with sour cream and chopped parsley greens.
