1 lb (500 g) chicken fillet
1/2 cup cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp butter
1 1/3 oz (40 gm) lettuce leaves
Directions:
Chop cleaned chicken fillet. Mix a portion of grated hard cheese, chopped garlic and lettuce leaves, pu this mass in the center of chopped fillet.

Roll the fillet up in form of a roll and fry it in butter. Brush it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with the rest of grated hard cheese. Braise in an oven until ready.

Garnish with french fries and lettuce leaves.
