3/4 lb (350 gm) cauliflower
2 tomatoeses
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp wheat flour
1/4 cup clabber
1 egg
6 cups water
parsley greens
salt to taste
Directions:
Peel cauliflower and plunge in salted water for 5 minutes. Wash it and break into florets. Add hot water, season with salt and boil until ready. Scald tomatoes with hot water, peel, force through a sieve. Fry flour in butter. Beat an egg up with clabber.

Boil water and put prepared products into it. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley greens when serving.
