Mix soft margarine, sour cream and an egg until homogeneous mass. Mix wheat flour, sugar and soda slaked by vinegar in a separate bowl. Blend margarine mass and flour mass, stir. Add bilberry to the dough and stir the mass slightly again.
Grease molds with margarine and fill 2/3 of their volume with the dough. Place in an oven and bake at 360oF (180oC) for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle ready crumpets with sugar powder.
