1 bread stick
6 fresh tomatoeses
6 tbsp olive oil
short 1 lb (400 gm) cheese
2 tbsp walnuts, kernels
2-3 parsley and dill greens

Directions:
Cut bread loaf into slices. fry in 4 tablespoons olive oil until crisp and golden.

Wash ripe tomatoes and take fruit stems out. Cut the tomatoes into slices, season with salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 390oF (200oC). Cut cheese into slices.

Put bread, tomato and cheese slices into baking pan in layers. Sprinkle with the rest of olive oil. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Chop walnut kernels and parsley and dill greens and top the casserole with it.
