Mix wheat flour, salt and butter. Beat an egg with 4 tablespoons of milk, blend with flour mass. Add sugar and knead soft pastry.
Put the pastry on a working surface sprinkled with flour. Roll it out 2/5 inch (1 cm) thick. Cut figures, put them on a buttered baking tray and brush with the rest of milk. Bake at 430oF (220oC) for 10 minutes. Cool.
Reserve 6 whole strawberries for topping and slice the rest. Whip cream with sugar powder. Cover half of baked figured pastries with whip cream and strawberry slices and cover with the rest pastries. Sprinkle the ready pastries with sugar powder and top with strawberries.
