Cut apples into halves and core them with a teaspoon. Sprinkle the apples slightly with lemon juice to avoid discoloring.
Melt margarine, add the remained ingredients, fill the apples with this mass and put them on an ovenproof platter.
Bake the apples for 15-20 minutes at 390oF (200oC) until soften.
Serve together with low fat ice-cream or whip cream.
