Cut bread into thin slices and soak with water.
Cook beet, peel, grate coarsely, add 2 eggs, raisins and stir up.
Grease a mold, cover with breadcrumbs, put a layer of bread slices, scatter over the beet, cover with the remaining bread, pour with the remaining whisked eggs and bake in oven for 40 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
