Bathe lentil, pour with wine and leave to rise overnight.
Cut loin into cubes, fry a little, add onion rings and fry until golden.
Pour the lentil with stock, add fried onion and loin, bay leaf, clove and cook over law heat for 1 hour. Then put potato and carrot cubes, cook until done. At the end of cooking, add sugar, salt and pepper. Pour cream, bring to boil and serve.
