1 1/3 lb. fish fillet
2/9 lb. wheat bread
1/2 cup milk
2 bulbs onion
4-5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs
salt
dill greens or parsley greens
Directions:
Soak bread in milk.

Mince fish fillet, soaked bread, onion and garlic. Add eggs, softened butter or margarine, salt and stir up.

Shape sausages, cover in greased paper and cook.

When serving, cut sausages into circles, garnish with fresh or pickled vegetables, cooked potatoes. Top with greens.
