3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp margarine
butter for serving
salt to taste
Directions:
Pound eggs with salt, add milk, flour, sour cream and whip thoroughly.

Put the paste on a frying pan, greased with margarine, bake in an oven over 340 °F (170 °С), until golden brown, and serve immediately, as it can easily fall off. Spread some butter on it.
