1 1/3 lb. turbot or flounder
4/9 lb. zucchini
2 tomatoes
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated zest
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper ground
salt
2 twigs basil greens
Directions:
Cut turnips into circles, fry in butter, add zest, salt, pepper, fry until soften and mix with tomato circles.

Cut fish into portion pieces.

Put vegetables on baking tray, then scatter fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, then with oil and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.

When serving, top with chopped basil.
