Remove pepper stems and seeds, bake in oven, peel and mash, then mix with a part of softened butter, eggs, salt, sugar and tomato sauce.
Cut fish fillet into portion pieces, cover with flour, mixed with salt and black pepper, fry a little, then put in greased baking tray. Scatter over sweet pepper puree, sprinkle with melted butter, season with breadcrumbs and bake in oven.
When serving, top with greens.
