Products Needed:
4 2/5 lb. hake fillet 16-20 dried mushrooms 4 boiled eggs 4 carrots 4 bulbs onion 7/8 lb. bread 2/5 lb. margarine 1 tbsp. vegetable oil black pepper ground salt 1 cup mushroom sauce

Directions: Soak mushrooms in cold water, then cook, shred and fry in a part of margarine. Cut thinly onion and carrot, fry in the remaining margarine and mix with mushrooms. Add 2 chopped eggs in prepared mass.
Soak bread in mushroom broth. Mince fish fillet twice, mix with soaked bread, the remaining chopped eggs, salt, pepper and stir up.
Grease a mold, put a half of fish mass, then scatter mushroom stuffing, cover with the second fish layer and bake in oven.
Serve the baking with mushroom sauce.
