Take fish fillet, cut into 2 slices for portion, pour with the mixture of oil, salt, water, pepper and vinegar, marinate in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Chop onion, fry in a part of butter, mix with greens and chopped eggs.
Grease foil, put fish slice, season with grated cheese, then put a layer of stuffing, season with grated cheese again, cover with the second fish slice. Make foil turnover, put on baking sheet and bake in oven for 15-20m minutes.
Serve with cooked potatoes or simmered rice.
