Products Needed:
7/8 lb. flesh beef 4/9 lb. cheese 2 eggs 2 bulbs onion 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup breadcrubms 2 tbsp. butter 1 3/4 lb. lard black pepper ground salt

Directions: Cut beef into 2 pieces for portion and beat thinly.
Mash cheese, mix with fried chopped onion. Scatter prepared mass over meat slices and turn, shaping pyramids. Cover cutlets with flour, then with eggs, whisked with salt, pepper and milk, then cover with breadcrumbs, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes.
When serving, pour cutlets with melted butter. Garnish with shredded and deep fried potatoes.
