2/3 lb. boiled flesh poultry
2/9 lb. boiled gammon
2/9 lb. crabs or shrimps canned
3 boiled eggs
2 pickled cucumbers
1 cup mayonnaise
greens
Directions:
Slice the boiled poultry meat.

Dice the gammon, reserve some slices for decoration.

Cut the crabmeat into pieces.

Quarter the boiled eggs.

Combine the products and dress with mayonnaise. Add salt to taste.

Put the salad in a bowl, shaping mound, top with greens and gammon slices.
