Cut meat into cubes, fry in a part of butter, pour with water and stew under a lid.
Peel apples, cut into slices, fry in butter and mix with meat. Add sautéed tomato paste, minced onion, salt, pepper and stew until done.
Dry flour, dissolve with sour cream, add to the liquid from stewing.
Serve the goulash with cooked potatoes.
