Cook beef with spices in a dollop of salted water until done. Cool a little in the same stock, take out, cut into portions across fibers and put on greased baking tray. Scatter over sautéed onion, sliced cheese, cover with mayonnaise and bake in oven for 5-8 minutes until golden crust.
Serve the meat with complex garnish or with fried potatoes and a slice of fresh or pickled cucumber, tomato.
