Products Needed:
2 oz. boiled duck meat 1 pickled cucumber 1 boiled beet 1 celery root 1 boiled carrot 1 boiled potato 3 tbsp. mayonnaise greens salt, pepper to taste

Directions: Shred the boiled duck meat. Reserve a little meat for decoration.
Peel the cucumbers, shred.
Peel the celery root and grate.
Slice the boiled beet, carrot an potato.
Combine the prepared products, dress with mayonnaise, add seasons and put in a salad bowl, like a mound, top with green twigs and the remained duck fillet.
