Products Needed:
2/9 lb. boiled flesh chicken
2 pickled cucumbers
1 1/2 oz. lettuce leaves
1 bulb onion
2 appless
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. mustard
salt, parsley greens or dill greens
Directions:

Dice the boiled poultry meat.

Slice the lettuce leaves, onion, cucumber and apples, reserve some for decoration.

Beat up softened butter with sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard. Combine the products, dress with the prepared dressing. You could add paprika to adjust pungency.

Put the salad in a salad bowl, top with cucumber slices and greens.
